Airtel CallHome's "Introductory Double Talk Time Promotional Offer" (the "Promotion") is applicable for all signups happening on or before 7th Jan. 2007 ( till 12 pm Eastern Standard Time).
This Promotion is being offered by Bharti Airtel (USA) Limited (" Bharti USA ") and is available for all registered users of the Airtel CallHome service (the " Service ") who reside in the United States of America.
All registrations on www.airtelcallhome.com or call centre to use Airtel CallHome services till Jan. 7th , 2007 (till 12pm Eastern Standard Time) will be eligible for the following benefits:
"Double Talktime Value " during a subscriber's initial purchase of pre-paid minutes during registration for the Airtel CallHome Service . For example, if a subscriber registers for the Airtel CallHome Service and upon registration initially purchases $50.00 of pre-paid minutes, such subscriber will be provided with a one-time award of an additional $50.00 of pre-paid minutes; and
"Double Talktime value" for the subscriber's first recharge of their account on or before Jan. 31st , 2007 . " First recharge " means the first time a subscriber chooses to purchase additional prepaid minutes following the subscriber's initial purchase of prepaid minutes during his or her registration for the Airtel CallHome Service. For example, if a subscriber who purchased an initial allotment of pre-paid minutes during registration for the Airtel CallHome Service chooses to purchase (or "recharge" their account) with $50.00 of additional pre-paid minutes, such subscriber will be provided with a one-time award of an additional $50.00 of pre-paid minutes for the first recharge only. Please note that the Promotion ends on Jan.7th, 2007 and the "double talktime value" for the subscriber's first recharge ends on Jan.31st, 2007 for only those subscribers who have registered within the promotion period, i.e., on or before 7th Jan. 2007 (till 12 pm Eastern Standard Time).

The "double talktime value" during registration and the first recharge will be credited to the subscriber's account within 24 hours from the time of registration or first recharge, as applicable.
The Airtel CallHome subscriber is bound by the terms and conditions of the Airtel CallHome Customer Service Agreement, as amended from time to time, which the subscriber will or has agreed to upon registering for the Airtel CallHome Service (the " Airtel CallHome CSA ").
All incidental costs, taxes and levies related to the Promotion will be exclusively borne by the subscriber.
In order to participate in the Promotion, the subscriber must complete all additional requirements as may be required by Bharti Airtel (USA) Ltd.
Bharti Airtel (USA) Ltd. reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify the Promotion at its sole discretion as may be required by business requirements or governmental authorities and all such changes shall be binding on the subscriber.
The benefits under the Promotion are neither assignable nor transferable under any circumstances. No substitution for the benefits of the Promotion will be given, nor exchange or redemption for an equivalent cash amount shall be provided under any circumstances. Further, subscribers will not be permitted to obtain "double talktime value" beyond 7th Jan. 2007 (for signups), and 31st Jan. 2007 (for 1 st recharges of signup accounts happening on or before 7th Jan.2007). This Promotion cannot be requested with any other offer promotion made by Bharti Airtel (USA) Ltd.
Upon your registration for the Airtel CallHome Service, (i) these terms and conditions will be deemed to be a part of the Airtel CallHome CSA and (ii) you will be bound by the other terms and conditions of the Airtel CallHome CSA.
